How Quickly Can My Customized Bags Be Delivered?

There is no one answer to this question, as each of our products takes a different amount of time from when we receive your custom pattern to when it arrives at your door, with some taking longer than others. What If I Don’t Have Artwork, Or Can’t Provide It In The Right Format?

Don’t have your own artwork? Don’t worry! We offer comprehensive artwork services to help you make your printed products look just right. Send us what you have or the look you want and we can start from scratch or redraw your artwork for you in the correct format for a small additional fee.

When Do I Have To Pay For My Bags?

After confirming the order, we require you to pay a 50% advance deposit. We do this to ensure we are protected and to better serve you. The payment methods for down payment can be bank transfer, Alipay, credit card, etc.
