Do you provide samples?

Yes, we will provide free samples! If you are not sure which bag to buy, or even if you want to see the quality of our bags in person, please let us know and we can send you a free sample. We will send it to you as soon as possible, and after receiving the sample, you can make a more informed decision about what you want to do.

How Quickly Can My Customized Bags Be Delivered?

There is no one answer to this question, as each of our products takes a different amount of time from when we receive your custom pattern to when it arrives at your door, with some taking longer than others. The good news is, we offer fast shipping on a selection of our best-selling ranges. This includes layered canvas bags, Cute Plush Bags and Polyester Bags. With our Fast Track option, you can receive your bags within 7-10 days after your customization is approved! Print bags quickly – that’s what we do.

What If I Don’t Have Artwork, Or Can’t Provide It In The Right Format?

Don’t have your own artwork? Don’t worry! We offer comprehensive artwork services to help you make your printed products look just right. Send us what you have or the look you want and we can start from scratch or redraw your artwork for you in the correct format for a small additional fee.

When Do I Have To Pay For My Bags?

After confirming the order, we require you to pay a 50% advance deposit. We do this to ensure we are protected and to better serve you. The payment methods for down payment can be bank transfer, Alipay, credit card, etc.

Let’s explore the printing methods suitable for your brand tote bags:

Transfer Printing:
This method works well for various printed tote bags. It allows you to have almost any image or design, no matter how intricate, on a customized tote bag for your business in a range of colors.

The design is initially printed on special transfer paper. It is then placed on the bag, and a heat press is used to transfer it onto the fabric. After the designated time, lift the press and let the bag cool, resulting in a super cool printed tote bag ready for you to promote your business.

At TPBS, we offer a wide range of fabric bags ideal for full transfer printing—including standard or gusseted cotton bags, with long or short handles, made of premium 5 oz cotton. Canvas tote bags can be natural or one of 6 colors, then transferred with your design.

Spot Color Printing:
If your company logo or tote bag design is monochromatic, spot color printing is the best choice. A spot color is a solid color without screens or dots, akin to the colors in the Pantone Matching System. Spot colors consist of 14 base colors, each blended per a unique formula developed by Pantone. Just as you mixed blue and yellow paints as a child to make green, creating a Pantone spot color is similar, just more precise.

Whether you opt for a printed cotton bag or a specially printed canvas bag, a single spot color will create a crisp, clean print on your brand tote bag. Spot color printing on 100% natural, unbleached, and undyed jute bags or on durable laminated woven bags will continue to make your brand stand out day after day.

Screen Printing:
This technique utilizes a mesh to transfer ink onto a tote bag. To prevent ink from going where it’s not needed, impermeable block stencils are employed. This is what forms your image.

The process of asking us couldn’t be easier, but we thought it might be helpful to give you an idea of how the whole thing works before emailing us so you know what to expect and what you need to do to get your help. Get your hands on your custom printed bags!

Step 1: Make an inquiry

What’s the first thing we need from you? Please contact us! You can send an email or via the ‘Request a Quote’ form found throughout the site, we just ask you to give a brief overview of what you are looking for to get started.

If you don’t know what you want yet, that’s okay! Please contact us based on your situation and we can work hard to find the best product for you. We can even provide support for your printed bag design if you need it.

Step 2: Receive a quote

Once we know your needs, we can provide you with a quote. This will be emailed to you by one of our lovely sales team and will include a range of options showing you a price comparison for different quantities and sizes. The quote will also confirm the delivery time of the product so you know when you can expect it and if you need to request fast delivery.

Step 3: Let’s continue

It’s easy – just let us know you’re happy with the quote and would like to proceed with your order! We will then send an email asking you to confirm your shipping and invoicing addresses.

Step 4: Send us your work

In order to get things going and print your bag, we need you to send your bag artwork in one of the following formats: Vector or Outline PDF, Adobe Illustrator file, or EPS file. We’ll also need the Pantone colors used in your piece, but don’t worry if you don’t know these colors – we can recommend a color that’s as close as possible to you.

Step 5: Confirm your work

After receiving your work, we send the designer a proof of your final artwork so you can see how the artwork will look in the environment and in proportion to the bag. Once approval is confirmed, we can put your printed bags into production!

Step 6: Make the down payment

From here, our account team will contact you to request an upfront payment.

We make payment as easy as possible – you can pay by bank transfer or card and we make all the details clear to you.

Step 7: Your product is finished

An exciting bit! Once your products are ready, we’ll get them to you as soon as possible – if you choose our expedited delivery option, they can be in your hands within 7-10 days.When you receive your products, please contact us to confirm that you are satisfied with them!Finally you pay us the final payment.
