Bag Customization Process

Nothing makes us happier than helping your lovely people create the custom printed packages you’ve always dreamed of for your brand!

We’re proud of our level of support and customer service and do our best to ensure every customer has a positive experience by providing you with the service you need, when you need it.

The process of asking us couldn’t be easier, but we thought it might be helpful to give you an idea of how the whole thing works before emailing us so you know what to expect and what you need to do to get your help. Get your hands on your custom printed bags!

Step 1: Make an inquiry

What’s the first thing we need from you? Please contact us! You can send an email or via the ‘Request a Quote’ form found throughout the site, we just ask you to give a brief overview of what you are looking for to get started.

If you don’t know what you want yet, that’s okay! Please contact us based on your situation and we can work hard to find the best product for you. We can even provide support for your printed bag design if you need it.

Step 2: Receive a quote

Once we know your needs, we can provide you with a quote. This will be emailed to you by one of our lovely sales team and will include a range of options showing you a price comparison for different quantities and sizes. The quote will also confirm the delivery time of the product so you know when you can expect it and if you need to request fast delivery.

Step 3: Let’s continue

It’s easy – just let us know you’re happy with the quote and would like to proceed with your order! We will then send an email asking you to confirm your shipping and invoicing addresses.

Step 4: Send us your work

In order to get things going and print your bag, we need you to send your bag artwork in one of the following formats: Vector or Outline PDF, Adobe Illustrator file, or EPS file. We’ll also need the Pantone colors used in your piece, but don’t worry if you don’t know these colors – we can recommend a color that’s as close as possible to you.

Step 5: Confirm your work

After receiving your work, we send the designer a proof of your final artwork so you can see how the artwork will look in the environment and in proportion to the bag. Once approval is confirmed, we can put your printed bags into production!

Step 6: Make the down payment

From here, our account team will contact you to request an upfront payment.

We make payment as easy as possible – you can pay by bank transfer or card and we make all the details clear to you.

Step 7: Your product is finished

An exciting bit! Once your products are ready, we’ll get them to you as soon as possible – if you choose our expedited delivery option, they can be in your hands within 7-10 days.When you receive your products, please contact us to confirm that you are satisfied with them!Finally you pay us the  final payment.
